GLOBALIZATION

The word “globalization” means the network of connections between people, groups, companies and countries. Thanks to globalization the planet is becoming a global village because local differences and national boundaries are or should be disappearing. Before globalization companies were based in their home countries. Now many companies have become multinational, and have created smaller versions of themselves. Companies have grown in new markets. These companies are globally integrated enterprises. They can work everywhere and They base their decisions on three factors: costs, skills, environment. Globalization means that every part of the world is connected and multinationals move to places where They have convenience to go. The globalization has changed our world, but We don’t know if the change has been positive or negative. Supporters of globalization claim that It has led to faster growth, higher living standards and new opportunities.

THE NOTEBOOK

My favourite movie is the notebook.
The Notebook  is a romantic/dramatic film.
The director is Nick Cassavetes and the actors are Ryan Gosling and Rachel Mcadams.
The setting was been in USA.
This movie talks about a poor yet passionate young man that falls in love with a rich young woman.
He giving her the sense of freedom and the sense of love,but they are soon separated because of their social differences.
I raccomanded this movie for teenegers for their first love and for don ' t think about the sociales differences because the money doesn ' t  make happiness.

Kpop music

Kpop (abbrevation of Korean popular music) is a musical genre consisting of eletronic,hiphop,pop,rock music originating in South Korea.
In addition to music,Kpop has grown into a popular subculture among teenegers troughout Asia,resulting in widespread interest in the fashion and style of korean idol groups and singers.
People all over the world now enjoy kpop,even trough they don't necesseraly understand the words.
The most famous group in Korea is Bts or Bangtan boys.
They win for two consecutive years the TOP SOCIAL ARTIST in Billboard music awards.

British software co Concentra Analytics raises 41 million pounds in funding

Concentra Analytics, a British company whose software helps companies optimize their staff, has raised 41 million pounds  in a funding round led by One Peak Partners and co-investors including Morgan Stanley.

Founded in 2008 by Rupert Morrison, Concentra uses data analytics to model and track a company’s operations, allowing it to deploy its staff more effectively, identify skills gaps and streamline job roles.

Albert Einstein was born on March 14,1879 in Germany .
He was a German mathematician and physicist who developed the special and general theories of relativity.Albert Einstein died at University Medical Center on April 18,1955 at age of 76.

it is an international adaptive multi-sport event,created by Harry Rince.
The sport for example are wheelchair basketball and sitting volleyball.
